1. Scope of Engagement
Code Core Global provides software engineering, AI agent architectures, mobile application development, and cloud DevOps solutions according to agreed project milestone scopes.
2. Zero Advance Payment Protocol
Under our zero-advance policy, work commences on approved milestone outlines without upfront fees. Payment is invoiced and due solely after the client tests, verifies, and accepts the completed milestone deliverable.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon receipt of milestone or final payments, 100% full intellectual property ownership, codebase repositories, production deployments, and architecture documentation transfer entirely to the client.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide necessary access credentials (APIs, servers, third-party accounts) and timely technical feedback during staging reviews to maintain project delivery schedules.
5. Warranty & Post-Launch Support
Every production release includes post-launch bug coverage to address defects originating from the agreed milestone scope at zero additional cost.
