Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for our freelance web development services and internship programs. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when requesting refunds or cancellations.

1. General Provisions

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Code Core Global, including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, UI/UX design, software development, IT consulting, and internship programs.

By engaging our services or enrolling in our internship programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1.3.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.

2. Refund Policy for Services

2.1. Project-Based Services:

For project-based services, the following refund terms apply:

  • Cancellation before project commencement: If you cancel a project before we begin work, you may be eligible for a refund of up to 90% of the advance payment. A 10% administrative fee will be retained to cover initial consultations and project setup.
  • Cancellation during project execution: If you cancel a project after work has begun but before completion, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed. Any expenses already incurred by us will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • Project completion: Once a project is completed and delivered according to the agreed specifications, no refunds will be issued unless there are significant defects that we are unable to rectify within a reasonable timeframe.

2.2. Subscription-Based Services:

For subscription-based services, the following refund terms apply:

  • Monthly subscriptions: No prorated refunds are provided for cancellations of monthly subscriptions. Service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual subscriptions: Cancellations of annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused months, less a 15% administrative fee.

2.3. Consultation Services:

For consultation services, the following refund terms apply:

  • Cancellation before scheduled consultation: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation. 50% refund if cancelled between 24-48 hours before the scheduled consultation. No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.
  • No-shows: No refund will be issued for no-shows or if you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice.

2.4. Cloud Hosting Guidance:

For cloud hosting guidance services, the following refund terms apply:

  • Advisory services: Refunds for cloud hosting guidance are subject to the same terms as consultation services (see section 2.3).

3. Refund Policy for Internship Programs

3.1. Cancellation after program commencement:

Once you enroll in an internship program and the internship has started, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

3.2. No exceptions:

There are no exceptions to our no-refund policy for internship programs after commencement. We strongly advise all prospective interns to carefully consider their commitment before enrolling, as no refunds will be issued once the internship has started, regardless of circumstances.

4. Cancellation Process

4.1. Service Cancellations:

To cancel a service, you must submit a written cancellation request to our customer support team at Info@codecoreglobal.com. Your request should include your name, the service details, and the reason for cancellation.

4.2. Internship Program Cancellations:

To cancel enrollment in an internship program, you must submit a written cancellation request to our education team at Info@codecoreglobal.com. Your request should include your name, the program details, and the reason for cancellation.

4.3. Cancellation Confirmation:

All cancellation requests will be acknowledged within 2 business days. We will provide confirmation of the cancellation and any applicable refund amount.

5. Refund Process

5.1. Refund Requests:

To request a refund, you must submit a written refund request to our finance team at Info@codecoreglobal.com. Your request should include your name, the service or program details, the reason for the refund request, and proof of payment.

5.2. Refund Processing Time:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of approval. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

5.3. Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon. For payments made through Razorpay, refunds will be processed through the Razorpay payment gateway.

5.4. Currency and Exchange Rates:

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original payment. We are not responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates or additional charges imposed by your bank or card issuer.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Transaction fees charged by payment processors or banks
  • Services that have been fully delivered and accepted
  • Custom development work that has been completed according to specifications
  • Digital products or materials that have been downloaded or accessed
  • Administrative fees as specified in this policy

7. Disputes and Exceptions

7.1. Dispute Resolution:

In case of disputes regarding refunds or cancellations, we will make every effort to resolve the matter amicably. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the dispute will be handled in accordance with the Dispute Resolution provisions in our Terms and Conditions.

7.2. Exceptions:

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Any exceptions made will not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce this policy in the future.
